Summary:
Our team is focused on advancing the state of the art in robotic learning and foundation models. The role involves supporting Embodied AI and Robotics research by creating, deploying, and maintaining AI and machine learning models.
 
Responsibilities
  • Fine-tune and improve a variety of sophisticated software implementation projects.
  • Architect, design, and implement test automation infrastructure.
  • Develop training and evaluation pipelines using Azure Machine Learning.
  • Analyze and refine training datasets for robotic and AI applications.
  • Develop tools to provide fast deployment of client algorithms in simulation and on hardware.
  • Integrate robotic control and perception stacks with simulation frameworks.
 
Qualifications
  • Master''s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required.
  • Python – 5 years
  • PyTorch – 2 years
  • ROS2 – 1 year
  • 5-7 years of related experience required.
  • A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • Experience in programming and experience with problem diagnosis and resolution.
  • Background in machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
 
Skills
  • Experience with using simulation environments or robotic hardware.
  • Experience performing in-depth troubleshooting and unit testing with both new and legacy production systems.
  • Familiarity with training robotic models such as vision-language-action models, diffusion models, reinforcement learning policies.
  • Familiarity with either simulation environments or robotic hardware for system integration.
 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $100.00 - $105.00 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages. Packages may include medical, dental, and vision benefits, health savings accounts with qualified medical plan enrollment, 10 paid days off, 3 days paid bereavement leave, 401(k) plan participation with employer match,  life and disability insurance, commuter benefits, dependent care flexible spending account, accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, accommodations and reimbursement for work travel, and discretionary performance or recognition bonus. Sick leave and mobile phone reimbursement provided based on state or local law.
