Summary

Role: Project Manager

Location: Remote (Quantico, VA and other areas within DMV)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

The candidate should have the following experience/expertise:

Detail-oriented
Manage all aspects of project management
Analyze existing project scope and associated processes and recommend improvements where appropriate
Optimize internal and external communications and sharing of information
Take initiative, self-starter, problem solver, can work with minimal supervision, produces quality deliverables
Experience with MS Project

Required skills/Level of Experience:

Active Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI eligibility
10+ years leading large teams
Experience working with client leadership (10 years)
Experience working with Agile teams (8 years)
Experience in all phases of the project management (10 years)
Excellent communications skills.
Must have experience managing team in a high pace environment. 7 years
Must be proficient at analyzing, summarizing and reporting. 3 years
Must be able to plan, prepare and execute for iterative development, 3 years
Must be able to create detailed Project Plans. 7 years
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook and Access)
5+ years of experience in the Public Sector/Federal Government projects
Good communication skills verbally and in writing and has ability to interface with the customer

Nice to have skills:

Agile Certification
PMP Certification
