What is the need:

Black Hills recently completed a Phase 1 Microsoft Purview pilot focused on data classification and labeling. While the pilot was successful, the team identified a lack of deep expertise around Purview configuration, permissions, audit capabilities, reporting, information protection, and overall implementation guidance. Existing administrators can handle day-to-day administration, but they specifically stated they need someone who has "done the work" and can sit alongside developers to help properly configure and operationalize the platform.
