Job Summary 
We are seeking an experienced Insurance Program Manager with 10+ years of experience managing large-scale insurance programs and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong domain expertise in underwriting, claims, policy administration, or billing systems and proven experience leading cross-functional teams in complex delivery environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large insurance programs (PAS modernization, Claims transformation, Digital initiatives)

• Manage multiple projects under a program with full ownership of scope, budget, timeline, and quality

• Collaborate with business stakeholders (Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Finance) and IT teams

• Drive program governance, risk management, and executive reporting

• Oversee vendor coordination and offshore/onshore delivery teams

• Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements

• Manage stakeholder communication at executive and C-level

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Program Management

• Strong Insurance domain knowledge (P&C preferred)

• Experience with Guidewire / Duck Creek / InsuranceNow or other PAS platforms

• Proven experience in large transformation or modernization initiatives

• Strong understanding of Agile, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• PMP / SAFe certification

• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets

• Experience working in distributed/global delivery models
