Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support client-driven analysis and pre-payment invoicing initiatives for healthcare payment integrity operations.
The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex healthcare insurance payment data, develop SQL-based solutions, and support invoicing and savings calculation processes.

This role requires strong expertise in SQL Server and Oracle databases, the ability to interpret complex business logic, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain SQL-based queries to support business and client requirements
Analyze and interpret existing business logic and SQL procedures related to client savings and invoicing
Create query solutions using SQL Server and Oracle databases
Validate query results and ensure data accuracy for invoicing and payment integrity calculations
Develop interim database solutions including stored procedures when required
Participate in detailed business discussions to determine optimal technical solutions
Support client-driven requests involving pre-payment savings calculations and back-data analysis
Collaborate with Client Engagement leaders, Product SMEs, Finance teams, and technical support teams
Translate complex healthcare business requirements into SQL-based data solutions
Communicate effectively with development teams and business stakeholders throughout project lifecycles
Assist in troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of data-related issues

Required Skills:
Strong experience with SQL Server and Oracle databases
Hands-on experience writing complex SQL queries and stored procedures
Experience analyzing healthcare insurance payment or claims-related data
Understanding of pre-payment savings calculations and invoicing processes
Ability to understand and interpret complex business logic within SQL procedures
Knowledge of on-premises and cloud-based deployment solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field
Equivalent industry experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Experience working within healthcare payment integrity environments
Familiarity with financial reporting and invoicing systems
Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams
