Data Entry Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Holmdel, NJ that is seeking a Data Entry Specialist.

Responsibilities:
* Import and enter account data accurately into the Agency Management System
* Review documentation to ensure risks meet outlined requirements and guidelines
* Maintain policy documentation and generate policies as required
* Provide first-level correspondence and support to customers and brokers
* Process policy endorsements and updates
* Handle incoming legal notices and ensure proper documentation and routing
* Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic records in accordance with company standards

REQUIREMENTS:
* High School diploma or equivalent required
* Prior data entry, administrative, or insurance-related experience is a plus but not required

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
