Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Java Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on coding expertise, leadership skills, and experience working in large-scale, distributed systems. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and the ability to drive technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers in designing and developing scalable, high-performance applications using Java technologies
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to team members
Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to define technical solutions
Design and implement microservices-based architectures
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and ensure timely delivery
Drive CI/CD implementation and DevOps practices
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of applications

Required Skills

Strong experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices
Hands-on experience with REST APIs and web services
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Strong knowledge of database technologies (Oracle, SQL Server, or NoSQL)
Experience with Kafka or messaging systems
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization
Expertise in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, etc.)
Strong understanding of design patterns and system architecture

Leadership & Soft Skills

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Architect
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to mentor and guide development teams
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
