Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Native Mobile App Lead Developer with strong expertise in Native Android and/or iOS application development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing, developing, and leading enterprise-level mobile applications while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality native mobile applications.
Lead mobile application development and provide technical guidance to the development team.
Collaborate with product owners, designers, and backend engineers to deliver scalable mobile solutions.
Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.
Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Participate in code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed.

Required Skills:
7+ years of software development experience.
Strong experience in Native Android development using Kotlin and Java.
Strong experience in Native iOS development using Swift and Objective-C.
Experience leading mobile development teams.
Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
Experience with REST APIs.
Experience with Git/GitHub.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
Experience publishing applications to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
