Must Have Skills & Requirements:
- 10+ years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle CX Sales Cloud (Fusion Cloud), including Oracle CX / Sales Cloud certifications..
- Proven, hands-on experience migrating from Oracle Classic/Standard UI to Oracle Redwood UI, including configuration and testing.
- Strong expertise in Sales Cloud functional configuration and sales process design.
- Deep understanding of Redwood UI behavior, limitations, and best practices.
- Comfortable working directly in the system (not just documenting or advising).
- Excellent communication skills with both business and technical stakeholders.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with related Oracle CX modules (CPQ, Service, Subscription Mgmt).
- Familiarity with OTBI, BI Publisher, and basic reporting impacts of Redwood changes.
- Experience supporting multi-release Oracle update cycles and feature opt-ins.
- Background working closely with Sales Operations or Revenue Operations teams.
Job Description:
We are seeking a Lead Oracle CX Sales Cloud Functional Consultant with deep, hands-on experience migrating Oracle CX Sales Cloud from Classic (Standard) UI to Oracle Redwood UI. This role is highly execution-focused and ideal for a functional expert who enjoys working directly in the application-configuring, testing, validating, and optimizing the Redwood experience-while serving as the functional authority for Sales Cloud design decisions.
In addition to migration work, the consultant will serve as a hands-on functional expert for Oracle CX Sales Cloud configuration across core sales processes, including leads, accounts, contacts, activities, opportunities, pipelines, sales stages, and forecasting. This includes configuring objects, fields, validations, workflows, approvals, and role-based access controls, while ensuring solutions are scalable and compatible with Redwood UI standards. The consultant will translate business requirements into concrete functional configurations by working directly in the application rather than operating in an advisory-only capacity.
This position does not own project management activities (planning, resourcing, or timelines), but instead partners closely with PMs and technical teams to deliver a successful, high-quality Redwood migration and ongoing Sales Cloud enhancements.
