Position: DevOps Engineer
Location: Columbus, OH (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)

Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned DevOps Engineer with a heavy focus on Observability and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to join our team in Columbus. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the health, performance, and scalability of our cloud environments. You will bridge the gap between development and operations by implementing robust monitoring solutions and automating infrastructure deployments. This is a high-visibility, onsite role requiring 8–10 years of professional experience in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
Infrastructure Automation: Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform to ensure scalable and repeatable deployments.
Observability & Monitoring: Lead the implementation and management of enterprise monitoring suites, specifically Splunk and Dynatrace, to provide deep-stack visibility.
Cloud Management: Manage and optimize AWS cloud services, ensuring security, high availability, and cost-efficiency.
Automation & Scripting: Develop custom scripts (Python, Bash, or similar) to automate manual tasks, streamline CI/CD pipelines, and improve system reliability.
Performance Tuning: Proactively monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks, utilizing observability data to drive architectural improvements.
Required
Experience: 8–10 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Systems Administration.
Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on, expert-level experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC).
IaC Skills: Proven track record of managing large-scale environments using Terraform.
Observability Expertise: Deep technical knowledge of Splunk (logging/dashboards) and Dynatrace (APM/Real User Monitoring).
Scripting: Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Shell, PowerShell).
