Position OverviewWe are seeking a User Experience (UX) Designer to leverage user research insights and recommendations to drive discussions and decision-making throughout the product development lifecycle. This role will apply industry standards, best practices, and design methodologies to create visual solutions that transform concepts into intuitive digital experiences while maintaining consistency with organizational branding and design standards.
The ideal candidate will work on moderately complex design initiatives involving one or more user groups and personas, supporting multiple product offerings within a shared platform. Responsibilities include enhancing existing solutions and designing user interactions that are functional, intuitive, and visually engaging.
Key Responsibilities- Create and design user experience components and interfaces that deliver high-quality digital experiences.
- Apply branding principles and established design standards across products and platforms.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and detailed design specifications.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI standards for various digital channels.
- Utilize user-centered design methodologies, tools, and processes to design effective solutions.
- Convert analytics, user feedback, and research findings into actionable visual designs and user experience improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions meet both user and business needs.
- Support product development efforts by providing clear design documentation and production-ready assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Working knowledge of core user interface technologies and design principles.
- Strong understanding of product design, usability, interaction design, visual design, or related disciplines.
- Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to design quality.
- Ability to deliver clean, scalable, and production-ready digital interfaces across multiple device types and screen sizes.
- Experience interpreting data, analytics, and user research to influence design decisions.
EducationBachelor's degree in one of the following areas or equivalent professional experience:
- Information Technology
- User Experience Design
- Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
- Marketing
- Graphic Design
- Digital Media
- Computer Science
- Related field
Preferred Experience- 1-3 years of experience in UX, UI, product design, or a related field.
- Experience working within collaborative, cross-functional team environments.
- Experience in a relevant industry or domain.
- Familiarity with user-centered design processes and design thinking methodologies.
- Experience facilitating workshops, design reviews, brainstorming sessions, or stakeholder discussions.
- Experience creating and maintaining design systems, style guides, and reusable UI components.
