Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (Local Only; No relocations)

Lead Oracle EBS Developer

Seeking a seasoned Lead Oracle EBS Developer to drive endtoend delivery between Business and IT teams. This role will oversee workstreams and participate in every phase of the SDLC for complex enterprise Oracle EBS initiatives, enhancements, and custom solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead discovery and analysis efforts to define solution architecture for automation, custom development, and enhancements within a large-scale incentive platform.
  • Conduct discovery and architect solutions for modernizing and digitizing business applications.
  • Evaluate business requirements and provide accurate design and development estimates.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical designs.
  • Create comprehensive documentation including design specifications, test plans, and deployment instructions.
  • Develop and enhance solutions using PL/SQL, Oracle APEX, Oracle ADF, and ORDS.
  • Build and support data integrations with internal systems and external partners.
  • Adhere to coding and version control best practices utilizing GITS Source Control.
  • Contribute to testing strategies and support business partners through User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support code migration activities and provide postproduction technical assistance.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10-12 years of hands-on, expert-level PL/SQL development experience
  • Strong Oracle APEX UI development skills
  • Proven experience architecting, designing, building, testing, and supporting customizations and API integrations across Oracle Financials modules (AR, AP, GL, Inventory, Pricing, Costing, etc.)
  • Proficiency with GITS Source Control
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience with ORDS web services is a plus
