Experience:

• High School + 4 years relevant experience OR Bachelor’s + 1–3 years relevant experience.

Must-Have Skills:

• Case management and customer/technical support experience.
• Strong documentation of FAQs, knowledge articles, process gaps, and training needs.
• Ability to research and resolve issues using knowledge bases and internal systems.
• Experience managing SLAs, priorities, aging cases, follow-ups, and escalations.
• Familiarity with ITSM/CRM and knowledge management tools.
• Strong written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify recurring issues and recommend process, training, or knowledge improvements.
• Strong organization, ownership, teamwork, and attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, or Dynamics 365.
• Call center, digital operations, technical/product support experience.
• Experience with Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, or Copilot.
