Enterprise Healthcare client has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Quality Engineer (Genesys Cloud CX) to join their dynamic and growing team. All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply!

responsibilities:

o Must be familiar with creating gitlab automation scripts

o Experience with test data submission requests, preparing and smoke testing data

o Experience validating test data using postman/Soap UI

o Experience with identifying test cases from requirements

o Experience with Test Strategy and planning, defining test scenarios and test cases, developing, and maintaining test scripts, analyzing bugs

o Experience in executing the test cases and raising the defects using the Defect Tracking Tool JIRA Cloud, Documenting in confluence & q Test

o Experience with Java script and automation - JavaScript, Cypress and Playwright

o Experience with API testing and automation - Ready API, Postman

o Experience with Database Testing and automation - SQL DB, AWS RDS, Dynamo DB

o AWS Connect Lambda testing
