Mandatory Skills : Expert in Workfront AEM AI Firefly Campaign Content Management

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Adobe Experience Architect to join the technology leadership team and partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to build scale and evolve customer centric digital experiences

This role is ideal for someone who is deeply hand son with Adobe Experience Manager AEM has strong exposure to AI driven content workflows Adobe Firefly and understands the rigor scale and compliance needs of Banking or Financial Institutions

You will be part of a high impact technology team responsible for enabling best in class customer experiences across web and digital channels

Key Responsibilities

Architecture Solution Design

• Define and own end to end architecture for AEM based content platforms including authoring delivery personalization and integrations
• Design scalable secure and high-performance content management solutions aligned with enterprise standards
• Act as the architectural bridge between engineering leadership product teams and experience design teams

AEM Content Platforms

• Lead architecture and development across AEM Sites Assets and Headless AEM use cases
• Establish best practices for templates components workflows content modeling and DAM
• Guide teams on AEM Cloud Service adoption upgrades and optimizations

AI Intelligent Content Firefly

• Drive adoption of Adobe Firefly and AI assisted content workflows to improve content velocity reuse and personalization
• Partner with design content and marketing teams to operationalize AI responsibly within enterprise constraints
• Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities into the broader content lifecycle

Engineering Leadership Governance

• Provide technical leadership code reviews and architectural oversight to engineering teams
• Define guardrails around performance security scalability accessibility and compliance
• Support DevOps CICD and cloud native deployment patterns for Adobe platforms

Financial Services Context

• Design solutions that meet security compliance data privacy and regulatory requirements common to Banks and Financial Institutions
• Collaborate with risk security and compliance stakeholders to ensure platform readiness

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of hands on experience with Adobe Experience Manager AEM in architect or senior technical roles
• Strong expertise in AEM Sites Assets workflows and integrations
• Experience with AI enabled content workflows ideally Adobe Firefly or similar capabilities
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture APIs microservices and headless CMS patterns
• Proven experience working in Banking Financial Services or highly regulated enterprises
• Ability to influence and collaborate with engineering leadership and senior stakeholders
• Strong communication skills able to explain complex architecture to both technical and nontechnical audiences

Nice to Have

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform AEP Personalization or Analytics
• Exposure to CIAM security patterns and data governance in FS environments
• Prior experience leading or mentoring distributed engineering teams
• Adobe certifications AEM Architect Developer or Cloud Service
