Title: Systematics FMS Consultant
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Remote

Role Summary
Seeking a senior lead consultant with strong Systematics FMS expertise and a finance/deposits background. Must lead conversions, requirements, and testing, and be comfortable with data handling and API concepts.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as SME for Systematics FMS.
Lead conversions (mapping, data validation, reconciliation support).
Create BRDs and lead BA workstreams; mentor junior BAs.
Drive test planning and execution support (SIT/UAT).
Partner with technical teams on data extraction/processing and integration topics.
Operate in Agile delivery model with JIRA.

Required Skills / Experience

15 20+ years Systematics FMS experience
5+ conversions with mapping expertise
Strong client-facing BA leadership (BRDs, testing, stakeholder workshops)
Agile + JIRA proficiency
Specialized skills: Monarch exposure, "strip data" (data extraction/transform), API working knowledge
Strong finance background and strong deposits/IM knowledge
