Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated IB Test Data Analyst to join our team developing industry-leading X-ray generation subsystems, including tubes and generators. The role focuses on monitoring and maintaining the large installed base of imaging scanners that use these subsystems. The analyst will gather and process field data to support escalations, product quality surveillance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Installed Base and Field Service Engineering teams to gather and analyze field failure data.
Lead field failure data collection and cleansing of X-ray tubes and generators.
Connect with service field engineers to collect product failure information.
Review product machine data and service records to support classification of field failure modes and root cause analysis (RCA).
Support quality improvement initiatives based on field data insights.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Biomedical, Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
4 5 years of experience in data analysis or field support roles.
Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills.
Required Skills:
MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), SQL, Data Visualization (Tableau, Power BI), Field Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Data Cleansing, Reporting, Collaboration with Engineering Teams
