Are you an IT pro who loves solving problems face-to-face and working with a wide range of technologies? We re looking for a skilled IT Field Services Technician to deliver hands-on support to clients within a 2-hour travel radius. In this role, you ll tackle everything from Windows PCs and servers to networking, Microsoft 365, and security tools making a real impact every day.

You ll use ConnectWise tools to document and track issues, support server environments including Active Directory, configure firewalls and VPNs, and troubleshoot across LAN/WAN/WLAN networks. This role also includes occasional after-hours support on a rotational basis.

What we re looking for:

• 3+ years of IT support experience.
• Strong background with Windows OS, Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware, and networking (VLANs, VPN, LAN/WAN/WLAN).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure).
• Familiarity with security tools (MDR, EDR, A/V).
• Industry certifications (A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft, etc.) preferred.
