Job Description:

Someone should have a systems programming background, DB2, and Bufferpool tuning experience.

Some background on the need:

We are migrating data from CM8 on z/OS to CM8 on AWS Gov Cloud. We are using MARS to perform the extraction, and it is performing very poorly. When this was discovered yesterday afternoon, the error that occurred was related to a DB2 bufferpool error, ICM014E OBLBUFFER alloc error.

They are trying to move off the mainframe by end of June. Without improving the DB2 performance, this will not happen in that time frame. If you can provide any consultants that can assist with this, we would appreciate a resume for us to review.
