About the Role

Novulis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of enterprise technology, cloud, data, and digital transformation initiatives for our clients. The Project Manager serves as the primary interface between customers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives.

This role works closely with solution architects, cloud engineers, software developers, data specialists, cybersecurity professionals, and business leaders to coordinate project activities, manage schedules, mitigate risks, and drive successful outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary project manager and client-facing lead for assigned customer engagements.
• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams across cloud, data, software development, cybersecurity, and business operations.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, implementation roadmaps, project documentation, and status reports.
• Manage project scope, resource allocation, risks, issues, dependencies, and action items throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project governance meetings, stakeholder reviews, Agile ceremonies, and executive status updates.
• Coordinate solution deployments, production releases, testing activities, and project deliverables.
• Partner with customers and internal teams to define project objectives, success criteria, and business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution, customer satisfaction, and team collaboration.
• Foster accountability, transparency, and a culture of delivery excellence across project teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 5-9 years of project management, program management, consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing enterprise technology, software development, cloud, infrastructure, data, or cybersecurity projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience working with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and Project.
• Working knowledge of cloud technologies and enterprise platforms, including Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Power Platform, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
• Experience presenting project status, risks, and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality and delivery excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, Agile, or other project management certifications.
• Experience leading digital transformation, cloud modernization, data and analytics, AI, or business application initiatives.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Fabric, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience working within a consulting or professional services organization.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira.
• Understanding of change management, organizational adoption, and business process improvement methodologies.
• Experience managing pilots, proof-of-concepts, and innovation initiatives.
• Familiarity with data integration, analytics platforms, and cloud-native solution delivery.
