Job Overview: The Finance Analyst 4 - Contingent will play a critical role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing insights to support strategic decision-making. This position requires a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights.
- Prepare detailed financial reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial analysis or a similar role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.

Pay Range: $80 - $85/hr. on W2
