Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst (.NET) to support complex application development and modernization initiatives. This role requires deep expertise across full-stack development, system design, and business analysis, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions while supporting ongoing system enhancements and production issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications
- Provide technical leadership and subject matter expertise on complex projects
- Develop and enhance applications using .NET technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, QA, and stakeholders
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Perform system upgrades, maintenance, and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with development standards and SDLC processes
- Support release management and deployment activities
- Create technical documentation and provide training as needed
Required Qualifications:
- 16+ years of experience in software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Strong experience in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API)
- Experience with SQL Server, SQL, and database design
- Proficiency in JavaScript, VB.NET, and modern web technologies
- Experience with ETL processes and full-stack development
- Familiarity with Azure and SharePoint
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work on large, complex data systems
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with system integration (internal and external systems)
- Knowledge of responsive design and modern UI/UX principles
- Experience designing scalable architecture for web and mobile applications
- Strong documentation and business process mapping skills
