Healthcare Travel: How it Works

It begins with you you decide what you want out of a traveling career higher pay, new locations, or more varied experience.
Most travel nurses need at least two years of experience to qualify (rehab therapists can start right after their licensing).
You ll be matched with a recruiter who ll help with your application, resume, and interview prep and guide you on pay, benefits, and housing.
After choosing assignments and interviewing, you ll be placed and supported throughout: your recruiter helps with housing, benefits, and even tax advice.
Pay is weekly, based on the assignment, and is clearly communicated.
For housing, you can either let Triage arrange accommodations, or take a tax-free stipend and find housing yourself.
Benefits include day-one medical, dental, and vision, as well as a 401(k) with matching, and even pet insurance.
When your assignment ends, you can either take a break or immediately start another it s up to you.
