Detailed Job Description:
Provide functional and production support for Workday Financial Management and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.
Configure and maintain Workday business processes, validations, security, and organizational data.
Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including requisitions, purchase orders, supplier onboarding, inventory, and procurement operations.
Support Finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Banking & Settlements.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional and transactional issues while supporting month-end and year-end financial activities.
Perform System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing for enhancements and Workday biannual releases (R1/R2).
Collaborate with business users, functional consultants, and project teams to gather requirements, implement enhancements, and provide end-user support.
Participate in release management, defect resolution, governance meetings, and continuous process improvements.
