ServiceNow IRM Expertise ,deep hands‑on experience with Integrated Risk Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and regulatory program implementations in large enterprise/financial environments.
Solution Architecture & Delivery, design scalable IRM solutions, translate business requirements into technical architecture, recommend out‑of‑box capabilities, and provide hands‑on technical guidance when needed.
Risk Compliance Enhancement Program, support ongoing regulatory‑driven initiative consolidating GRC capabilities on ServiceNow IRM, with multiple releases planned through 2027.
Enterprise Collaboration ,partner with global engineering teams (APAC for development, North America for architecture/business interface), balancing high‑level architecture with senior engineering responsibilities.
Leadership & Communication ,strong communicator, active in Agile ceremonies, demonstrates ownership/accountability, guides development teams, and ensures alignment with compliance and reliability standards.
