Senior Business Analyst - Hybrid in Iowa (NO C2C/3rd party))

This is a Hybrid opportunity with a Mandatory Weekly On-Site Presence in Des Moines, IA.

American Computer Services Inc. is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to work directly with business leadership, SMEs, and technical partners on multiple, simultaneous project initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

You Must Have:

·       Experience analyzing business strategies and user needs.

·       Experience eliciting requirements, writing user stories and design documents, defining acceptance criteria, and testing outcomes.

·       Experience in process mapping, group facilitation, data gathering and analysis, and all phases of a project life cycle (requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, training, and measuring effectiveness).

·       Experience delivering software as part of an Agile delivery team.

·       Experience with Agile Frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.

·       Experience with SDLC procedures and system development methodologies.

·       Experience facilitating communication between business stakeholders, developers, and project teams.

·       Experience managing stakeholder expectations and priorities.

·       Experience working within a project governance structure (methodology, required templates, and reporting).

·       Experience prioritizing and managing multiple projects and project activities simultaneously, while meeting established deadlines.

·       Experience working on large, complex IT systems.

·       Experience with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools; Team Foundation Server (TFS), Visual Studio Team Services (VSTS), Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, Rational Team Suite (RTC).

·       Experience with SQL Server Management Studio or other relational database software.

·       Experience with Microsoft development platforms and software.

·       Experience with advanced information management practices, data modeling standards, and/or architecture design and analysis.
