Job Title: Python Backend Engineer (Kafka, Automation) 
Location: USA – Remote

ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for a Backend Python Engineer to build scalable backend services, 

automation frameworks, and real-time data processing solutions. The ideal candidate will 

have strong Python development experience with modern cloud data platforms including 

Databricks, Snowflake, and AWS. You will develop Kafka-based event-driven applications, 

automate testing and deployment processes, and collaborate with cross-functional 

engineering teams to deliver reliable, high-performance data solutions. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Design and develop scalable backend services using Python. 

Build and maintain Kafka-based event-driven applications and data pipelines. 

Develop automation frameworks for testing, validation, and deployment workflows. 

Work with Databricks, Snowflake, and SQL to process and optimize large-scale datasets. 

Deploy and support backend applications on AWS cloud infrastructure. 

Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, and performance optimization. 

Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and product teams to deliver high-quality 

solutions.
