Snowflake Data Architect / Data Modeler (Power BI, AI/ML)

Location:

Sacramento, California (Preferred) / Hybrid

Job Description:

The client is seeking a Senior Data Modeler with extensive experience in Snowflake, Power BI data modeling, and complex relational database design (Oracle/DDL).

The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with AI/ML data models, Erwin Data Modeler, and prior experience working with state agencies supporting pension or health benefit systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex data 
models in Snowflake.
2. Extensive knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT processes, report development, and performance optimization.
3. Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining complex relational data models, including working with Oracle databases and managing Data Definition Language (DDL) scripts.
4.Extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining AI/Machine Learning-specific data models.
5. Extensive experience with Erwin Data Modeler.
6. Experience working with state agencies that provide pension and health benefits.
