Technical Project Manager (Exp-10 Yeras )with Java Background-Full time-Hybrid

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a strong Java development background to lead complex software engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate should combine strong project/program management skills with hands-on technical understanding of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, APIs, Cloud, and modern DevOps practices.

The candidate will work closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, architects, Product Owners, and senior leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Java-based application development projects.
• Manage project planning, scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Work closely with Java development, QA, DevOps, Cloud, and Architecture teams.
• Provide technical direction and understand solution design, architecture, and implementation approaches.
• Review project requirements and translate business objectives into actionable technical deliverables.
• Coordinate development of Java/Spring Boot Microservices and REST APIs.
• Track development progress, identify technical blockers, and drive timely resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
• Manage Agile/Scrum delivery using JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones to senior stakeholders.
• Work with architects and engineering leads on HLD/LLD, integration patterns, scalability, performance, and security.
• Coordinate CI/CD, cloud deployment, release management, and production readiness activities.
• Manage technical risks and dependencies across multiple teams.
• Ensure adherence to SDLC, coding standards, security practices, and organizational processes.
• Mentor and guide technical team members while promoting engineering best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and delivery efficiency.

Required Technical Skills

• 10+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience.
• Strong Technical Project Management / Program Management experience.
• Strong technical background in Java development.
• Good understanding of:

• Knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC processes.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
