Job Title: Endpoint Migration Lead
Location: Remote
Duration- 4+ Months
Role Summary:
We are seeking a resource to help drive the migration from CrowdStrike to Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE). This role will work across IT, business stakeholders, and security teams to coordinate activities, remove blockers, and keep the migration moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead day-to-day coordination of the CrowdStrike to MDE migration effort
• Partner with IT, security, and business teams to align requirements and timelines
• Track workstreams, dependencies, risks, and open issues
• Help drive decisions and follow up on actions to maintain momentum
• Support planning for endpoint onboarding, testing, rollout, and cutover
• Communicate status, impacts, and next steps to stakeholders
• Escalate blockers and support resolution across teams
• Ensure migration activities stay aligned to business priorities and delivery milestones
Required Experience
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
• Experience supporting endpoint security or EDR migration programs
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams
• Ability to work in a matrixed environment and drive execution without direct authority
• Clear communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Experience migrating from CrowdStrike to MDE or similar endpoint tools
