Title: Business System Analyst

Overview
Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Business System Analyst to support enterprise system migration and consolidation initiatives driven by ongoing acquisitions. This is a newly created role that consolidates responsibilities previously handled by multiple team members and plays a critical role in migrating legacy brands into centralized CRM and financial platforms.
This position serves as the bridge between legacy systems and a future state CRM and ERP environment that is already live. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce experience, understands business systems and data migration concepts, and is comfortable partnering with both business stakeholders and highly technical delivery teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather document and validate business requirements for system and data migration initiatives
• Perform map gap analysis and define scope across legacy and future state systems
• Act as a conduit between business strategy and technical delivery teams
• Partner with legacy system owners and cross functional stakeholders supporting digital transformation
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
• Support solution design discussions without directly configuring CRM or ERP platforms
• Develop test plans and cases and support system integration testing and user acceptance testing
• Track and report project status using Jira
• Set user story structure including epics features and acceptance criteria
• Identify downstream impacts to invoicing provisioning and revenue recognition processes
• Support user adoption through documentation training and communication
Required Experience and Skills
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a Business System Analyst or similar role
• Strong experience supporting Salesforce and business systems migrations
• Solid understanding of CRM and ERP concepts including objects data structures and integrations
• Experience with CPQ or quoting processes including pricing product definitions contracts and approvals
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical problem solving and documentation skills
• Comfortable presenting to groups and supporting training efforts
• Experience working in agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred over purely finance focused backgrounds
• Familiarity with relational databases ETL tools and system integrations
• Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives
