Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Developers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
Design, develop, and maintain new and existing intelligent automation solutions using UiPath and Azure AI/Foundry, ensuring alignment with business requirements, architectural standards, and technical specifications.
Translate business requirements into scalable automation workflows, define solution approaches, configure applications and systems, and integrate enterprise services through APIs and service-oriented architectures.
Monitor application performance, troubleshoot automation failures, resolve integration issues, and implement enhancements to improve reliability, scalability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, rapid prototyping, testing, deployment, documentation, and production support.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
Experience in intelligent automation development, UiPath, Azure AI/Foundry, application integration, and enterprise software development. The role requires a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of IT experience, a technical certification and/or college coursework with 6+ years of IT experience, or 8+ years of IT experience.
Technical Skills:
UiPath, Azure AI/Foundry, Robotic Process Automation, Python, C#, VB.NET, SOAP, REST APIs, Azure Cloud, GitHub
Business / Domain Skills:
Experience supporting healthcare payer operations and health insurance business processes, including enterprise workflows that benefit from intelligent automation, improved service delivery, and operational efficiency.
Experience identifying automation opportunities, translating business requirements into scalable workflows, and enhancing existing processes to improve accuracy, consistency, and turnaround time.
Experience designing, developing, enhancing, and integrating enterprise applications, APIs, interfaces, workflows, batch processes, and data-processing components supporting government programs.
Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, application support teams, and development teams to deliver reliable automation solutions while maintaining operational continuity and defined quality standards.
Communication:
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation:
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization:
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing intelligent automation solutions that combine robotic process automation with AI-enabled capabilities, including rapid prototyping and solution design.
Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, iterative development, software development lifecycle practices, application configuration, and source code management.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to provide technical guidance and participate in production support and on-call rotations.
