Description
Join our team as a Senior Scrum Master in a contract role based in Madison, WI.
This position involves overseeing Agile development sprints, managing product backlogs, and facilitating communication between technical teams and senior management.
A strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles is essential.
Lead development sprints from planning to execution and review.
Run daily scrums and manage product backlogs.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams.
Ensure Agile methodologies and best practices are followed.
Coordinate with teams for release planning and deployment.
Analyze project risks and make tradeoff decisions as needed.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple complex technical initiatives.
Facilitate and organize daily stand-up meetings and retrospectives.
Support project teams to monitor progress and risks.
Coordinate and schedule execution of deliverables.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications
Bachelor''s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
8 years of experience as a project manager or Scrum Master.
5 years of experience with Agile methodologies.
3 years of experience working with vendors.
Active Scrum Master certification.
Core Technologies
Agile | Scrum | Kanban | Microsoft Office
