Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Instructional Designer & Facilitator (Contract) to design and deliver a high-impact workshop focused on workflow redesign in the context of AI-enabled processes.
It is critical for you to be a systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and can translate complex concepts into engaging, practical learning experiences for managers through SVP-level leaders.
You will work closely with senior HR Business Partners and enterprise leaders to co-design a workshop experience that blends strategic thinking, hands-on application, and real-world use cases, enabling leaders to rethink how work gets done in an AI-infused environment.
Key Responsibilities
Workshop Design & Development
· Design an end-to-end learning experience focused on workflow redesign and AI integration.
· Apply systems thinking to help participants understand interdependencies, bottlenecks, and optimization opportunities.
· Create engaging, leader-ready content including:
o Live workflow mapping.
o Guided reflection/challenging assumptions.
o Diagnosis and peer feedback loops.
· Design with a rapid iteration mindset (prototype → test → gather feedback → refine).
Facilitation (Critical to Success)
This role requires truly excellent facilitation skills—not just content delivery, but the ability to create engaging, thought-provoking experiences that drive action.
· Facilitate high-impact, interactive, and engaging sessions for audiences ranging from managers to SVPs.
· Manage group dynamics and challenge thinking.
Required Skills & Experience
Must have
· Proven experience with 8-12+ years as a senior instructional designer and facilitator.
· Exceptional facilitation skills—able to lead high-energy, interactive sessions and drive meaningful outcomes
· Strong grounding in systems thinking.
· Comfortable working in ambiguity and being highly agile, scrappy, and resourceful.
· Track record of designing and delivering engaging workshops for senior leaders.
· Ability to help leaders visualize and redesign workflows across teams and functions.
· Proficiency in Visio (process mapping and workflow visualization).
· Experience with AI applications in business processes.
Engagement Details
· This is a contract role, with an expected duration of 3–6 months.
