Job Description:
- Join our engineering team to gain hands-on experience building software solutions from concept to deployment. This internship gives you experience in modern development stacks, AI/ML integration, and enterprise platforms like Microsoft Power Platform, ServiceNow, AWS, Atlassian suite - preparing you for a career in full-stack development, solution architecture, or systems engineering.
The SkillBridge Data Science & Advanced Analytics Intern shall possess the following capabilities:
Training Areas:
- Full Stack Software Engineering (front-end, back-end, and databases).
- AI/ML integration into software solutions.
- Solution architecture and system design principles.
- ServiceNow development and customization.
- Tools: Java, JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, REST APIs, Git, ServiceNow Studio.
What You'll Learn:
- Building scalable applications and services.
- Integrating cloud, AI, and enterprise systems.
- Agile/Scrum methodologies for software delivery.
- Collaborating in multi-disciplinary technical teams.
Qualifications:
- Has served at least 180 days on active duty.
- Is within 180 days of separation or retirement.
- Will receive honorable discharge.
- Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS.
- Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months.
- Received Unit Commander authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to start of internship.
- NOTE: SkillBridge interns will not be eligible for any compensation during their internship, as they will continue to receive all military pay and benefits.
