We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM FCCS contractor to support finance transformation initiatives. The role involves designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle FCCS solutions to support consolidation, close, and reporting processes. This position requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and hands-on experience with Oracle's EPM Cloud suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and deployment of Oracle FCCS applications to support financial consolidation and close cycles.
- Configure metadata, dimensions, rules, calculations, and data integrations in FCCS.
- Develop and maintain financial reporting solutions, including FR/Management Reports, Smart View, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional FCCS solutions.
- Support data integration from ERP, GL, and other source systems into FCCS.
- Ensure system alignment with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and internal reporting requirements.
- Provide testing, training, and documentation for end users.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide post-implementation support as needed.
- Recommend best practices and process improvements for consolidation and close.
Required Qualifications
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Oracle EPM Cloud - FCCS implementation and support is required.
Technical Skills:- Strong understanding of financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes.
- Hands-on expertise in FCCS metadata, rules, calculations, and data mappings.
- Experience with data integration tools such as Data Management, Data Integration, EPM Automate, or FDMEE.
- Knowledge of financial reporting tools including Management Reports, Smart View, and FR.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial consolidation concepts like intercompany eliminations, currency translation, journal adjustments, and Equity Pick up.
- Proficiency with Oracle Cloud, Oracle EPM, and Oracle EPM FCCS (Financial Close & Consolidations Cloud Services).
Additional Skills:- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as a contractor.
Compensation & Benefits
The anticipated pay range for this position is between $70.00 and $73.68 per hour. A comprehensive benefits package is available to eligible employees.
