Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SRE Lead to manage and guide a team of SRE engineers while remaining hands-on with critical systems. This role combines technical leadership, delivery ownership, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of SRE engineers
Own reliability outcomes across systems and applications
Define and track SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs for business-critical services
Drive reliability improvements on AWS Cloud platforms
Champion Chaos Engineering practices across teams
Ensure effective monitoring and observability using Dynatrace
Oversee Kubernetes platform operations and optimization
Partner with engineering leadership to align reliability goals with business outcomes
Lead incident management, postmortems, and continuous improvement initiatives

Mandatory Skills:

AWS Cloud (Primary)
Chaos Engineering
Dynatrace
Kubernetes
SLA, SLI, SLO expertise

Experience Required:

10+ years overall experience
Prior experience leading SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering teams
