Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Lead to manage and mentor a team of SRE engineers while remaining hands-on with mission-critical systems. This role requires a strong blend of technical leadership, operational excellence, and close collaboration with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure highly reliable and scalable platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and guide a team of SRE engineers, fostering a culture of reliability and continuous improvement
Own and drive reliability outcomes across systems, platforms, and applications
Define, implement, and track SLAs, SLIs, and SLOs for business-critical services
Drive reliability and performance improvements across AWS Cloud environments
Champion and implement Chaos Engineering practices to improve system resilience
Ensure robust monitoring, alerting, and observability using Dynatrace
Oversee Kubernetes platform operations, optimization, and best practices
Partner with engineering leadership to align reliability objectives with business goals
Lead incident management, root cause analysis, postmortems, and follow-up remediation efforts
Continuously improve operational processes, automation, and platform stability

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in AWS Cloud (Primary)
Hands-on experience with Chaos Engineering
Advanced monitoring and observability using Dynatrace
Deep experience with Kubernetes
Strong knowledge of SLA, SLI, and SLO frameworks

Experience & Qualifications

10+ years of overall IT/engineering experience
Prior experience leading SRE, DevOps, or Platform Engineering teams
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities
