CTG is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the architecture, design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role requires a hands-on technical leader with strong ServiceNow platform expertise, solution architecture experience, and the ability to guide development teams through complex implementations.

Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities:- Architect and deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions from requirements gathering through production deployment.
- Design and customize ServiceNow applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal/Workspace, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and APIs.
- Develop technical solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security, governance, and performance standards.
- Lead architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
- Establish ServiceNow development standards, reusable components, CI/CD practices, and platform governance.
- Mentor ServiceNow developers and provide technical leadership on complex platform challenges.
- Support platform upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:- Extensive experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and enterprise implementations.
- Strong hands-on development experience with JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and custom applications.
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine, Service Portal/Workspace, source control, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, security, performance optimization, and governance.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and mentoring skills.
Required Experience:- 8-12 years of overall IT experience.
- 5-8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Proven experience leading enterprise ServiceNow implementations and technical teams.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Equivalent professional experience and relevant ServiceNow certifications will be considered.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
