Position Overview:
The Remote CTO will be responsible for overseeing the company's technological development, infrastructure, and innovation. You will collaborate with executive leadership to align technology strategies with business goals and ensure our technology infrastructure supports growth and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the company's technological vision and strategy.
Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative products and solutions.
Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data management.
Collaborate with executive team to identify opportunities for technological advancement.
Build and manage a high-performing remote technology team.
Ensure technology compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Manage technology budgets and resource allocation.
Establish best practices for software development, deployment, and maintenance.
Represent the company's technological vision to stakeholders and partners.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Technology, or similar senior leadership role.
Strong understanding of software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure.
Experience leading remote teams and managing distributed resources.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology strategies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master s preferred.
