Endpoint Support Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has an exciting one-year contract position, with the opportunity to convert into a full-time role, with a client in Austin, TX. This client is seeking an onsite Endpoint Support Specialist, and the role supports various sites with the main office located in Downtown Austin. Please note there will be a two-week training period in San Antonio, TX.

Principal Accountabilities:
* The Endpoint Support Specialist will provide break/fix support for phones, computers, and printers to ensure that endpoint technology assets function at optimal level
* Install new and updated end-user devices across the bank and network hardware at branches to ensure Frost branch technology is up to date and to maintain a continuous replacement cycle
* Train new users to use hardware and software to maximize total work efficiency

REQUIREMENTS:
* 1+ years of experience in a help desk or endpoint role
* Strong working knowledge of desktop operating systems and peripherals, mobile devices, and printers and print servers
* Strong working knowledge of customer support practices in an enterprise environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
