Position:  SAP S/4HANA FICO Consultant

Location: 100% Remote  

W2 only 

Summary:

• This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can demonstrate detailed knowledge of the SAP S/4HANA FICO environment and clearly explain their individual contributions to implementations, configurations, enhancements, and production support.

Qualifications:

• Strong expertise and hands-on experience with Java technologies including Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, and Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO.
• Must have experience with SAP FPSL - Financial Products Subledger.
• Deep functional knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling processes.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP FICO configuration and solution development.
• Experience supporting SAP implementations, enhancements and/or production environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into SAP solutions.
• Ability to clearly articulate previous hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience and individual project contributions
• Experience working on large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation programs.
• Experience integrating SAP Finance with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Experience working in complex enterprise financial environments.
• Strong experience with financial process optimization and SAP best practices.
