Job Description: Lead end-to-end functional testing and UAT activities for Bill Pay functionality within BankingPayments domain.Manage and oversee test planning test design execution and defect management across releases.Act as the primary coordinator between business stakeholders product teams and QA teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.Drive UAT cycles including test case creation execution oversight and business sign-off coordination.Ensure high-quality delivery by enforcing testing best practices governance and reporting standards.Leverage strong Banking and Payments domain expertise with a focus on Bill Pay processes workflows and integrations.Lead and mentor QA team members providing guidance on domain test strategies and execution approach.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks dependencies and mitigation strategies.Manage stakeholder communication including status reporting escalation handling and issue resolution.Ensure proper test coverage traceability and compliance with project and regulatory requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in testing processes automation opportunities and efficiency gains.Support release management activities and ensure readiness for production deployment. Required Experience & Profile 1015 years of overall experience in QAtesting (preferably not exceeding 15 years).Strong Domain + Testing combination profile in BankingPayments.Proven experience as a Test Lead managing large-scale programs.Prior experience with Tier-1 investment banks (e.g. JP Morgan Morgan Stanley) is highly preferred.
