Job Details:

SailPoint Subject Matter Expert (SME) / NERM Developer to lead the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise identity solutions supporting NonEmployee Risk Management (NERM). This role goes beyond hands-on development and requires deep SailPoint platform expertise, architectural judgment, and the ability to advise stakeholders on best practices, risk posture, and scalable identity strategy across SailPoint IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, and/or Identity Security Cloud (ISC).
The ideal candidate serves as a technical authority and trusted advisor, capable of guiding complex IAM decisions while remaining hands-on when needed.

Skills Requirement :
SailPoint certifications (IdentityIQ Engineer/Professional, Identity Security Cloud, or equivalent).  
5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with deep specialization in SailPoint IdentityIQ and/or IdentityNow / ISC.
Demonstrated experience acting as a SailPoint technical lead or SME for enterprise-scale IAM implementations.
Strong hands-on expertise with: 
SailPoint workflows, rules, lifecycle events, access certifications, and RBAC
Java, BeanShell, XML, REST/SOAP APIs
Complex integrations (ServiceNow, AD/Azure AD, HR systems, vendor platforms)
Proven ability to design and support NERM-specific identity governance solutions.
Strong understanding of security principles, identity risk, and compliance requirements (HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST, SOX).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting large-scale IAM environments (100k+ identities).
Prior experience providing consultative or advisory IAM services, including architecture reviews, presales support, or roadmap development. 
Experience mentoring teams and influencing IAM strategy beyond day-to-day development.
