We are seeking a Software Engineer II (.NET / Blazor) to support the development, modernization, and maintenance of enterprise web-based applications. This role is ideal for a hands on engineer with strong experience building front end and back end solutions using C#/.NET, Blazor, SQL, and modern web technologies.
You will work closely with technical teams and business stakeholders to design, enhance, and support applications that power critical systems. The position is 100% onsite in Austin, TX and offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful application development in a structured, Agile environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document complex web-based and client/server applications.
- Build and enhance front-end and back-end functionality using C#/.NET, Blazor, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and stored procedures.
- Develop and maintain database objects and integrations using Oracle and SQL Server.
- Create interactive, user-friendly interfaces using DevExpress tools, including advanced grid components.
- Design, implement, and maintain stored procedures while ensuring compatibility with existing database logic.
- Collaborate with systems analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve application defects, performance issues, and production incidents.
- Support and maintain existing applications, ensuring systems remain current, stable, and secure.
- Conduct research and technical analysis to recommend application enhancements and modernization opportunities.
- Participate in Agile SDLC activities, including sprint planning, development, testing, code reviews, and deployments.
- Present software changes, enhancements, and demonstrations to stakeholders for review and approval.
- Recommend and implement improvements to application development processes, standards, and best practices.
- Develop solutions using Visual Studio 2022 and .NET Core, delivering scalable and high-performance applications.
- Ensure applications adhere to responsive design, accessibility, and usability standards as applicable.
- Work onsite in Austin, TX and provide after-hours support when required, with prior approval.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher.
4+ years of professional experience developing web-based software applications.
Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET and modern web technologies.
Experience developing front-end and back-end applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and stored procedures.
Proven experience working with Oracle and SQL Server databases.
1+ year of experience developing applications using C# .NET Blazor.
Experience working in an Agile SDLC environment.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams (requirements, development, testing, and maintenance).
Experience presenting application changes or demos to stakeholders.
Familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
Ability to work 100% onsite in Austin, TX.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Must be authorized to work in the United States (no sponsorship available).
