Job Summary:
- Lead design and implementation of scalable, distributed cloud-native solutions.
- Architect and develop Python-based services supporting real-time bureau orchestration, model serving, and decisioning workflows.
- Drive technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, design guidance, and best-practice adoption.
- Lead performance optimization, resiliency, and observability initiatives.
- Own critical production issues through root cause analysis and resolution.
- Partner with Product, TPMs, Solution Engineering, and client-facing teams during implementation activities.
- Define and promote engineering standards, testing strategies, and security best practices.
- Identify and reduce technical debt while improving long-term maintainability.
- Drive cloud migration, modernization, and platform engineering initiatives.
- Support strategic initiatives such as scalability, disaster recovery, vulnerability remediation, and operational excellence programs. 
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Advanced Python programming expertise.
- Strong experience with distributed systems and microservice architectures.
- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud-native services.
- Experience designing REST APIs and event-driven systems.
- Strong database design and performance tuning skills.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience troubleshooting complex production environments.
