Summary

Seeking an experienced consultant to support Restaurant QA Lab operations and environment management.

Key Requirements:

  • Required: POS (Point of Sale) experience.
  • Preferred: Restaurant technology background; B2C POS experience is a must.
  • 5+ years in QA Lab, Infrastructure, or Quality Engineering support.
  • Experience with virtualisation and cloud-based environments.
  • Strong understanding of restaurant applications, networking, and eCommerce systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain QA Lab infrastructure and testing environments.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and environment-related issues.
  • Develop tools, scripts, and utilities to improve QA efficiency.
  • Work closely with QE, Development, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Manage support tickets, perform RCA, and implement long-term solutions.
  • Enhance the performance, stability, and scalability of testing environments
