Summary
Title: Thermal Systems Engineer / Senior Thermal Engineer
Location: New Freedom, PA (Onsite)
Duration: 12–18 Month Contract
Job Type: Contract-W2
Key Requirements:
- BS/MS in Mechanical, Thermal, Chemical Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of thermal systems engineering/product development experience.
- Strong expertise in heat transfer, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, HVAC, thermal modeling, cooling systems, heat exchangers, and pump selection/sizing.
- Hands-on experience with full product development lifecycle, from concept and design through validation, manufacturing release, and field deployment.
- Experience with thermal performance modeling, fluid flow analysis, system optimization, and design-for-manufacturing; data center cooling, heat exchanger, pharmaceutical, food/beverage, or process equipment experience is highly preferred.
