Solicitation Development: Draft and refine RFP, RFQ, and RFI specifications based on operational needs.

Key Qualifications & Essential Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: 5 to 10 years in procurement, business administration, or contract management.

Solicitation Mastery: Direct experience managing Requests for Proposals (RFP), Requests for Qualifications (RFQ), and Requests for Information (RFI).

Contract & Legal Basics: Practical knowledge of contract administration, legal guidelines, and insurance requirements.

Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Professional Communication: Strong background in executive correspondence, scheduling, proofreading, and cross-functional stakeholder management.
