ROLE: Salesforce QA

LOCATION: San Francisco, CA

We have an exciting opportunity for a Salesforce QA / Testing professional with experience in the utility (electric) domain. Based on your background, we believe this role could be a strong match for your profile.

Please find below a brief overview of the requirement:

Key Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of Salesforce testing and various Salesforce modules
Experience in the electric/utility domain
Expertise in developing test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports
Hands-on experience in functional, regression, integration, and E2E testing
Working knowledge of JIRA and HP ALM (QC)
Experience in API validation and cross-browser/platform testing
Exposure to Tosca or other automation tools (manual testing focus with automation support)

Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute comprehensive test strategies across applications
Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing
Manage defect lifecycle, including root cause analysis and triaging
Ensure adherence to QA standards and utility industry regulations
Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and offshore teams
Support automation initiatives and workflow validations
